great views but not everything met expectations

The breathtaking mountain view from our Superior Double Room created a beautiful backdrop for our stay. The spa's policy to restrict children's access after 4 pm really allowed us to enjoy some peaceful relaxation. Breakfast offered an amazing variety of fresh, delicious options that set a high standard for morning meals.

The ambiance in the dining area could use some enhancement to match the luxury feel expected in this setting.

the air in the rooms was absolutely dry, and one would think a luxury hotel would have humidifiers. the spa was tiny and utterly cramped, and don't get me started on the average food. how was I not offered a complimentary upgrade for these inconveniences? I was almost ready to write a good review, but just couldn’t.

During my delightful stay, I enjoyed amazing views from my room and appreciated the easy access to the Corvatsch cableway and public transport, allowing for exciting explorations in the surrounding area. I felt the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, making it a wonderful retreat after a day of walking and discovering landmarks.

The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean, perfect for families. I loved the cozy amenities like the Nespresso machine and snacks in the room that added to the comfort but they were all for-pay. The stunning mountain view from my room provided a breathtaking backdrop every morning, enhancing my overall experience dramatically.

It was disappointing that complimentary water was not provided in the room.

nira alpina is a stunning place with breathtaking alpine views. it's right in front of the cable car, making access to adventures super easy. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a lovely stay. our room was bright and spacious with a large balcony. breakfast was a fantastic start to the day!
