great views but not everything met expectations
The breathtaking mountain view from our Superior Double Room created a beautiful backdrop for our stay. The spa's policy to restrict children's access after 4 pm really allowed us to enjoy some peaceful relaxation. Breakfast offered an amazing variety of fresh, delicious options that set a high standard for morning meals.
The ambiance in the dining area could use some enhancement to match the luxury feel expected in this setting.

the air in the rooms was absolutely dry, and one would think a luxury hotel would have humidifiers. the spa was tiny and utterly cramped, and don't get me started on the average food. how was I not offered a complimentary upgrade for these inconveniences? I was almost ready to write a good review, but just couldn’t.

comfortable stay with easy access to adventures
The rooms were spacious and incredibly clean, perfect for families. I loved the cozy amenities like the Nespresso machine and snacks in the room that added to the comfort but they were all for-pay. The stunning mountain view from my room provided a breathtaking backdrop every morning, enhancing my overall experience dramatically.
It was disappointing that complimentary water was not provided in the room.

The hotel's modern Alpine-style decor provided a cozy ambiance, while the spacious layout throughout the common areas made navigation easy for seniors. The breathtaking views of the valley from my terrace truly enhanced my overall experience.

The air in the rooms felt unusually dry, which some might find uncomfortable, suggesting a need for humidifiers. The spa area, while offering nice amenities, can get overcrowded, and noise from children splashing around detracts from relaxation. the limited options at the breakfast buffet might leave some guests wanting more variety, particularly for those with dietary restrictions.
